We’ve given the reds the blues
Proved everybody wrong
Punched above our weight
Resilient and strong
Confounded all the critics
Beyond all expectations
Silenced all the experts
With on pitch revelations
The bite, the fight, the timing’s right
Against the odds, victorious
The goal that’s bright is in our sight
In this, our season glorious
We may have limped and stumbled
We’ve never fallen by
Led by the man with vision
The team that doesn’t die
Everyone’s a hero
In this band of brothers blue
All for one and one for all
Honest spirit, bold and true
One last push, we’ve done enough
It’s time to live the dream
Believe the unbelievable

LIGHTNING STRIKES TWICE
I will never forget the crowd tonight,
The atmosphere electric
The air charged with energy
The current of expectation fizzing
The tackles and commitment that lifted the crowd
The noise and cacophony that lifted the players
Weathering the storm
Fighting against the elements
So that lightning struck
One dynamite flash of electric blue lightning
Struck with devastating and deadly effect
Just like ten years ago
It was our time
